at home training

At Home Personal Training are 45 minute one-on-one sessions designed in the comfort of your own home.  The first session will consist of a consultation, a fitness assessment, measurements, and a nutritional guideline. No equipment or weights are necessary. At home training sessions are available to all levels of fitness (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced).
