Online 

Training

Online Training programs are offered in two options, live 45 minute sessions via Skype/FaceTime or written plans along with instructional videos via e-mail.  These programs are designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals with the convenience of training in your own home, gym, or other personal space. Some equipment is necessary. Online training sessions are available to Intermediate/Advanced levels with prior experience.
