Personal Training

Personal Training are 45 minute one-on-one sessions designed specifically to every client’s needs and goals. The first session will consist of a consultation, a fitness assessment, measurements, and a nutritional guideline. Private training sessions are available to all levels of fitness (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced). Clients with past injuries/restrictions are highly recommended to engage in one-on-one sessions rather than a group setting.

Group training

Group Training are 60 minute High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) classes, that help maximize fat loss,  tone muscles, and burn 500+ calories in a single session. Group training sessions are available to all levels of fitness (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced). Clients are able to move at their own pace and any exercise can be modified accordingly. Every session starts with a total body stretch, followed by a warm-up, and ends with a fat burning/muscle toning circuit. Classes are offered 3 times a week with each day focusing on a specific body part.

 

Mondays - Upper body/Core

Wednesdays - Lower body/Core

Fridays - Total body/Core

• Increases cardio vascular endurance
