Luanna "Lulu" Singh, a South Miami based fitness professional, is well known for her injury-free workout routines composed of postural control drills and exercises that create a balance between strength and endurance, focusing on extensive core conditioning. Her fundamental principle is coaching clients how to properly train their abdominal muscles. Along with safe progressions, every session starts with a total body stretch, followed by a warm-up, and ends with a fat burning/muscle toning circuit. The most important aspect of staying healthy is staying pain free. Most of her exercises include body weight, free weights, cardio drills, agility accessories, and resistance bands. Not ever using extreme heavy weight, constrictive gym machines, or unnatural movements. The combination of both cardio exercises and strength training exercises allow for maximum calorie burning. The more muscle mass your body contains, the more calories your body automatically burns per day. She takes into consideration her client’s past history, current pain/injuries, and future goals to tailor every client’s workout plan.
Lulu has a dance background and was a former Miami Heat Dancer. She then received her Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Florida International University and her Associate’s degree in Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Today, her dream is to help her clients build their strength, both physically and mentally. As a mother, she is an expert who understands exactly what postpartum bodies need. Although some of her clientele consist of Mothers, she trains both men and women aging from 13 to 70 years old. She has dedicated the past 4 years to developing HIIT workouts that are fun, highly effective, and safe. HIIT which stands for "High Intensity Interval Training" maximizes fat loss, tones muscles, and burns 500-800 calories in a single session. This type of training allows your body to burn calories up to 24 hours after you finish your workout. In addition, she has developed a "Low Impact - High Intensity" version of the program designed specifically for clients who have herniated/bulging discs, arthritis, past injuries, health conditions, and those who are pregnant or older. Lulu will keep your body guessing because no two workouts will ever be the same.
