Training

Zoom Group Training is a 55 minute High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.)  total body workout. These programs are designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals with the convenience of training in your own home, gym, or other personal space. This style of training allows your body to burn the most amount of calories per minute compared to other workouts. A minimum of a yoga mat, two sets of dumbbells and a mini resistance band is required. You'll need a "heavy" set (10-15 lbs) and a "light" set (5-8lbs) depending on your level of fitness. The sessions are available to all levels of fitness, all ages, both men and women. Clients with past injuries/restrictions are highly recommended to engage in one-on-one sessions rather than a group setting. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, core training, endurance, improving cardiovascular health/cholesterol, or lowering your risk of diabetes or other diseases, the workouts deliver end results.  Zoom Group Training is offered 3x/week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:00 AM EST LIVE. You may access the Zoom sessions both LIVE and pre-recorded ... NEVER MISS A WORKOUT! The pre-recorded Zoom links are automatically sent every MWF by NOON via WhatsApp group chat. The links expire within 48 hours and you may view the link once in addition to the live class.
