You can exercise all you want, but until you change your nutrition and start eating better, you won't get great results. I’ve created a 12 Week Nutrition Guide that helps you change your habits and teaches you how to make healthier decisions long term. It's the opposite of a diet, and it works. If "starting a diet" means starving yourself on day one and adopting a set of numbers to follow, I wouldn’t last 12 weeks either. My nutrition guide builds health-conscious habits and sustainably over time. That means you get better results that last. This is not a quick, crash diet with hard to follow information. Depending on your goal, my guide is entirely outcome-based and includes a Weight Loss Plan, a Maintenance Plan, or a Weight Gain Plan. I provide all the tools necessary to achieve your goal including bi-weekly check-ins, tips, and 24/7 e-mail access. Believe it or not, the most challenging aspect of eating well for most people is not changing their body in the short term, but rather maintaining it in the long term. In other words, it's easy to lose weight but it's hard to keep it off. My goal is to build a better, stronger, more efficient body in 3 months that does not have to work as hard to metabolize food post 12 week program. All clients have lifelong access to my private Nutrition Facebook group with exclusive nutrition tips, home recipes, product recommendations, accountability, informational links, and a chance to share progress/communicate with other bodybylulu clients.
