​​As a full-time personal trainer, business owner, and Mother of a 6-year-old, I know why people can’t start or maintain a fitness routine. “I haven't exercised in years. I don’t have access to a gym. I don’t have enough time. I don’t have a babysitter. I work 40+ hours a week. I don’t know where to start.” And that’s why I designed this 30 -day fitness challenge, which you can access any place, any time! This exercise program includes 30 pre-recorded videos of full body HIIT and Strength workouts for any age, gender, and level of fitness. The goal is to move for 31 days in a row, decrease fat, and build muscle simultaneously. I will make it a priority to get you to your goals by keeping you accountable daily for 30 days via private messaging. In order to keep you motivated, you will turn in Day 1 and Day 30 full body measurements/pictures for your one month transformation. All you need is a yoga mat, resistance band, and 2 sets of dumbbells. A "light" set and "heavy" set.  (5 - 8 & 10 - 15 lbs or heavier) depending on your level of fitness and goals. This program is for NEW clients only. There is an option to select LEVEL1 (Beginners) or LEVEL 2 (Intermediate/Advanced). Once you see what 30 days can do, I know you’ll be ready to commit to the FULL 12 Week Challenge and take things to another level of success.
